1.1 | Context

Design challenge

TalentSphere is a recruitment platform that connects potential candidates with job opportunities. Recruiters need to evaluate candidates based on information available on their profiles, before deciding to engage with them for the next steps of the hiring process.

I was given a task to design a solution that addresses the issue of identifying good candidates based on available information on TalentSphere, focusing on reducing time to review candidates.

2.1 | Research

User persona & journey map

I outlined my assumptions about the target users and identified where they encounter difficulties or frustrations. This helps pinpoint specific areas that need improvement.

Recruiters are struggling to filter through and find suitable candidates on the platform.

Extracting relevant information from job descriptions and requirements is time-consuming.

Difficulty in setting up effective filters to narrow down a large pool of candidates to those who are truly qualified.

An AI assistant that automatically sets up search criteria and recommend the best matches.

Recognizing the pain points highlights the need to enhance the processes of reviewing job descriptions and sourcing candidates, and AI can assist in streamlining these tasks.
